01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.
03 - Add the drained spinach, chopped artichokes, garlic, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until fully incorporated.
04 - Transfer the mixture to a 1-quart baking dish and spread evenly.
05 - Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbling, and the top is lightly golden.
06 - Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips, toasted baguette slices, or fresh vegetables.
