# Expert Hints:

01 -
  • Its essentially your favorite party appetizer transformed into a proper meal that feels indulgent but comes together in under an hour
  • The chicken stays remarkably juicy while cooking underneath all that creamy cheesy mixture
  • You get all the comfort food satisfaction without needing to dip anything into anything else
02 -
  • Squeezing excess moisture from spinach is tedious but absolutely crucial for a thick creamy texture
  • Room temperature cream cheese mixes much smoother than cold straight from the fridge
  • If your chicken breasts are very thick, cut them horizontally or they'll finish cooking before the cheese is properly melted
03 -
  • A squeeze of fresh lemon juice right before baking cuts through the richness and brightens everything
  • If you want extra crispy edges, broil for the last 2 minutes but watch closely
